Read the Problem Report Form before Starting

Please read the entire Problem Report Form before you begin filling it out. Especially make sure you know all the required items. You may need to print this page, exit your Web browser, and return to the problem you are having. That way you can write down the exact text of error messages and other information the form requests. Remember, the more information you give us, the more likely we are to solve your problem quickly and accurately. Always try to describe programs, windows, menu items, hardware items, and error messages by their exact names, titles, captions, or text. Most things you can see on your computer screen have a title or caption; for example, every window should have a title on the bar at its top. Hundreds of things can go wrong with a complex computer system, and many problems are similar to each other. If you describe your problem incompletely, we may mistake your problem for a similar problem and prescribe a remedy that does not work.
