If you do not know how many install counts are available on disk 1 or you have not generated your Serial Number and Validation Code, follow these instructions: Using an Install Count or Requesting a Reset Code.

Correcting the User Authorization Error

If you do not have your Serial Number and Validation Code, please follow the instructions here: Using an Install Count or Requesting a Reset Code. MFM Technical Support will need your Serial Number and Validation Code to correct your User Authorization Error.

  • Note: Your Validation Code is not your four digit Registration Code.

Enter the Serial number and Validation code exactly as it appears in the Reset User Authorization window:

  • Note: You will need your original PC Access for Windows Disk 1 to generate a Validation Code, Serial Number and to reset your User Authorization. If you do not have your original Disk 1, you may order replacement media from MFM. To order replacement media, see: Product Media Replacement Order Form.
