  Many of these files solve specific problems with PC Access for Windows Flyer

  under which you would need to download them. Unless you are a technical 
  expert, you should only download and install files from this directory under 
  the guidance of a technical support representative.

  representative, a user may need to download this file and copy it to his/her
  PC Access for Windows executable directory (often C:\PCAWIN).
