PC Access® revolutionized how the Real Estate industry accessed the MLS.
It remains the simplest and most cost effective means for FNIS (formerly VistaInfo)
Compass® and Maestro host users to easily find the information they need.
Although the technology has changed since PC Access® was originally introduced,
it continues to be one of the most reliable and tested products in the
Real Estate industry. For more information, see:

- Operating Systems:
- PC Access for Windows 4.10, 4.20, and 4.30 run on
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows NT 4.0 SP6a, Windows 2000 Professional,
and Windows Millennium Edition.
- As of January 1, 2000, MFM Communication Software, Inc. no
longer supports PC Access for Windows 4.00. For more information, see:
PC Access for Windows 4.00 Support Discontinued.
- Multiple Listing Services:
- PC Access lets you access FNIS multiple listing services
(Compass and Maestro systems).
- PC Access is also compatible with the West Penn Multi-List system
in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Pentium 166 MHzCPU or faster
- Windows 95 and 98: 128MB RAM or greater
- Windows NT 4.0: 128MB RAM or greater
- Windows 2000: 256MB RAM or greater
- Windows ME: 256MB RAM or greater
- Windows XP: 256MB RAM or greater
- 50 MB of free disk space (10MB for program installation plus 40MB for data files)
- Super VGA Card (1024x768, 16-bit colors)
- Super VGA Color Monitor
- 28.8K bps, error-correcting modem
- 16550AFN UART
- 3.5" 1.44MB disk drive or 3.5" SuperDisk drive (internal only)
- Microsoft Windows compatible mouse
- Laser or ink-jet printer with Microsoft Windows compatible
printer driver
- Your ISP
or Online Service
provider must provide a non authenticating
SMTP mail server for you to be able to send e-mail
from PC Access 4.30. Many large ISPs and Online Services do not.
