This page gives detailed instructions for downloading and
installing updated files for Rapid Flyer version 2.00.
Download an Update for Rapid Flyer 2.00
You can use the following instructions to download Build 34. This will update
your version of Rapid Flyer 2.00 to version 2.00.034.
If you are running PC Access Flyer 1.02, see:
Download PC Access Flyer Version 1.02 Build 022 Updates.
- Click the following URL to download Build 34.
- Save the Fly2Bld034Update.exe file to the C:\TEMP folder
on your hard drive. If you do not have a C:\TEMP folder on your hard drive,
use Windows Explorer to create one.
- After you download the Fly2Bld034Update.exe file, open
Windows Explorer:
- Windows 95/98 users: click Start | Programs | Windows Explorer
- Windows NT 4.0 users: click Start | Programs | NT Explorer
- Windows ME users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- Windows 2000 users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- Windows XP users: click Start | All Programs or Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- From Windows Explorer go to the C:\TEMP folder.
- In C:\TEMP, double-click on Fly2Bld034Update.exe.
WinZip prompts you to extract the contents of the file to
C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2. Click Unzip to
extract the update file to the Rapid Flyer 2.0 executable
directory.
- Note: If you accepted the defaults when you installed
Rapid Flyer 2.00, your executable directory is
C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2. If you installed
Rapid Flyer 2.00 to a different directory, substitute
that directory in the Unzip to folder field.
- Run Rapid Flyer 2.00.

You can use the following instructions to download the Rapid
Flyer 2.00.025 Help File.
- Click the following URL to download the updated help file.
- Save the Fly2Bld25Hlp.exe file to the C:\TEMP folder
on your hard drive. If you do not have a C:\TEMP folder on your hard drive,
use Windows Explorer to create one.
- After you download the Fly2Bld25Hlp.exe file, open
Windows Explorer:
- Windows 95/98 users: click Start | Programs | Windows Explorer
- Windows NT 4.0 users: click Start | Programs | NT Explorer
- Windows ME users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- Windows 2000 users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer

Rapid Flyer 2.00, your executable directory is
C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2. If you installed
Rapid Flyer 2.00 to a different directory, substitute

- Run Rapid Flyer 2.00.
Download the Rapid Flyer InternetImage.ini File
The file you download in these instructions
corrects a Yahoo! Maps download problem. Yahoo! changed their maps and download
paths. This change required us to update the information in the
InternetImage.ini file to allow you to continue to download
Yahoo! maps.
- Click the following URL to download the file that contains
the InternetImage.ini file.
- Save the InternetImage.exe file to the C:\TEMP folder
on your hard drive. If you do not have a C:\TEMP folder on your hard drive,
use Windows Explorer to create one.
- After you download the InternetImage.exe file, open
Windows Explorer:
- Windows 95/98 users: click Start | Programs | Windows Explorer
- Windows NT 4.0 users: click Start | Programs | NT Explorer
- Windows ME users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- Windows 2000 users: click Start | Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- Windows XP users: click Start | All Programs or Programs | Accessories | Windows Explorer
- From Windows Explorer go to the C:\TEMP folder.
- In C:\TEMP, double-click on InternetImage.exe.
WinZip prompts you to extract the contents of the file to
C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2. Click Unzip to
extract the updated help file to the Rapid Flyer 2.0 executable
directory.
- Note: If you accepted the defaults when you installed
Rapid Flyer 2.00, your executable directory is
C:\Program Files\MFM\Flyer2. If you installed
Rapid Flyer 2.00 to a different directory, substitute
that directory in the Unzip to folder field.
- Run Rapid Flyer 2.00.
