The Buyer Qualification program is available in a short version for more simplified data input (30 year conventional mortgages), or a detailed version that asks for specific information related to FHA, VA and other standard loan types. Both programs are explained on the following pages.
To begin Buyer Qualification from the Main Menu, type QUAL or 10. If you are not at the Main Menu, type QUAL at any system prompt. The following screen will display.
Would you like to run the detailed version (Y/N):Enter Y for a detailed qualification, or enter N to run the simplified version.
