The Market Area Statistics programs show:
· median and average prices, dollar volume and days on market for specified areas;
· a specific neighborhood by entering an area and map coordinate;
· what price ranges are listing and selling best in your market area based on listing status;
· average and median prices and days-on-market comparisons for all property types by the number of bedrooms.
To begin Market Area Statistics from the Main Menu, type MAST or 20. If you are not at the Main Menu, type MAST at any system prompt.

Enter MARKET AREA STATISTICS OPTION:
The results produced by Market Area Statistics for each menu option are:· Easy Area Statistics by Price (1 or P): Price breakdown, for a specific category and area.
· Easy Area Statistics by Bedroom (2 or B) Bedrooms breakdown, for a specific area.
· Market Penetration Analysis (3 or M) to view Market Penetration for an agent compared to their office or to Areas / Map Coordinates. Market Penetration can also show statistics of an agent's office or company compared to Areas / Map Coordinates.
· Detailed Market Area Statistics (4 or D) As in Statistics by Price and Statistics by Bedroom, but allows the flexibility of entering various reporting periods.
