


Statistics by Bedroom summarizes properties by price and number of bedrooms. Enter 2 or B to view Area Statistics by Bedroom. Only Area is required for this report, and up to 15 can be included in a single report. Subareas are optional, as are Map Coordinates.

The report shows:· Number of bedrooms. Only Single Family and Condo/Co-op are broken down by number. All others are summarized. If there are no listings for a specific number of bedrooms, it is not included in the report. Each area is displayed individually;
· "% Sold" shows the percentage of all off-market properties in the report that were sold;
· Average list price of properties for each category and number of bedrooms;
· Average sold price of properties for each category and number of bedrooms;
· Median sold price of properties for each category and number of bedrooms. In this calculation, 50% of the properties are above this price, and 50% are below.
· Percentage of sale price to list price;
· Median days-on-market for properties in this calculation;
· Average price not sold. This is the average price off-market listings that were not sold, ie. expired and withdrawn listings;
· "% X+W" shows what percentage of all off-market properties in the report were expired or withdrawn. Off-Market listings are Sold, Expired or Withdrawn.
