


Use Recent Listing Updates to view listings that have been added to BORIS, or have had changes in status or listing information within the last 21 days. Update shows a "snapshot" of activity on a given date or number of days. Listings are sorted by ascending Area/Subarea then by ascending price. Refer to Property History to view the update history of a property
To begin Update from the Main Menu, enter UPDATE or 1. If you are not at the Main Menu, enter UPDATE at any system prompt.

Enter UPDATE OPTION:
The Updates Menu shows the date and time of your last Continuous Updates Run. Both Continuous and Specify Date Range Updates can be stored and used later by selecting Stored
Update Parameters.
· Continuous Updates Run (C or 1) displays listing activity since the last time you view Continuous Updates, up to 21 days back.
· Specify Date Range (D or 2) produces an update of recent listing activity for the last 0 to 21 days back, or for for a specific single date.
· Stored Update Parameters (S or 3) loads the stored criteria from a previously stored Update, including parameters and print options.
· Overview (O or 3) provides several screens of useful information that explain each of the available Update options.
| Important: | The Continuous, Specify Date Range, and Stored Updates programs are limited to 21 days of activity, even when specifying an exact date in Specify Date Range. Use the Search program to search for listings data over 21 days old. |
| Hint: | You may type HELP UPDATE at any BORIS prompt to view additional help for Updates without leaving the Update program. When you exit HELP, you will be returned to the place where you left off. |
