Addressing Tab: Subject

The Subject field appears in the Settings for this Fax group on the Addressing tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

Fax Everywhere includes the text you type in the Subject field in the faxes and e-mail messages you send.

If you are sending a fax to fax number, and you check the Send Cover Page check box, Fax Everywhere will include the text you type in this field on the cover page it sends.

If you are sending a fax via e-mail, Fax Everywhere will include the text you type in this field in the Subject line of the e-mail message it sends.

In addition, Fax Everywhere displays the text you type in this field in the following fields in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface:

• the Description field on the Fax Archive window.
  
  
• the Description field on the Billing Detail window.
  
  
• the Description field on the Send Fax window.
  
  
• the Sender field on the View Fax window.
  
  
• the Sender field on the View Thumbnails window.

Fax Everywhere also displays the text you type in Subject field in the Description field on the Fax History tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
