Fax Archive Window: Search Fax Descriptions

The Search Fax Descriptions window appears when you click the Search button on the Fax Archive window.

You can use this window to search for text that appears in the Description field. Type the word, phrase, or number you want to find in the Enter text to search for in fax descriptions field. Next, click Search. When Fax Everywhere finds a value in the Description field that matches what you typed, it displays the fax(es) in the Fax Archive window. You can click the Show All Faxes button to display all of your faxes in the Fax Archive window.

If you check the Case sensitive search check box, Fax Everywhere will search for values in the Description field that match exactly with the case of the word or phrase you typed in the Enter text to search for in fax descriptions field.
