Fax Archive Window: Time Stamp

The Time Stamp column appears on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

The Time Stamp field contains the date and time Fax Everywhere received a fax.

You can also view the date and time Fax Everywhere received a fax in:

  • the Time Stamp column on the Billing Detail window.

  • the Date / Time column on the Fax History tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

In addition to the date and time, Fax Everywhere includes the type of fax in this field. The possible values are:

  • IN: this means Fax Everywhere received the fax.

  • OUT: this means Fax Everywhere sent the fax.

  • XX: this means you or another Fax Everywhere user marked the fax as spam. For more information, see: Mark as Spam.

If you would like to view a fax, click on the date and time hyperlink in the Time Stamp field. Fax Everywhere will display the fax in the View Fax window.

You can click the column heading to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending.
