Fax Everywhere Control Panel: Association Setup Tab

The Association Setup tab appears on the Tables Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

This tab contains the Fax # Associations table. The Fax # Associations table lists the name, phone number, and fax file prefixes for some of the companies and/or individuals that send faxes to the users on the User Setup tab.

Note: if a company or individual does not have an entry on the Fax # Associations table, they can still send faxes to users on the User Setup tab.

To add an entry to the Fax # Associations table on the Association Setup tab, see: How to Add an Entry to the Association Setup Tab.

To edit an existing entry, click on the field in the row of the entry you want to edit. When you edit an existing entry, the title on the toolbar changes from Browse/Edit to Edit. Any changes you make to an existing entry will not go into effect until you return to Browse/Edit mode. To return to Browse/Edit mode, click the Save button on the toolbar.

You can resize the Association Setup tab.
