Fax Everywhere Control Panel: Fax History Tab

The Fax History tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel contains a list of the faxes Fax Everywhere users sent and received.

Note: the Fax History tab only contains faxes that Fax Everywhere users archived. For more information about archiving faxes, see: Archive.

Fax Everywhere will purge messages from the Fax History tab. Fax Everywhere will display this message: XI-4067 Purging History of Entries More Than (#) Months Old in the Message pane on the Server Status tab when it purges messages from the Fax History tab. You can use the Archive Faxes field to specify the number months Fax Everywhere waits before it purges messages from the Fax History tab.

Every three rows on the Fax History tab contain information for one entry. Each column contains the values of a particular kind of data for all of the entries in this tab.
