Fax Everywhere Control Panel: User Setup Tab
The User Setup tab appears on the Tables Setup tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel. This tab contains the Users table. The Users table lists the fax numbers, PBX extension numbers, names, e-mail address(es), and other preferences for all Fax Everywhere users.
To add a user to the Users table, click the Add button on the toolbar.
To edit an existing entry, click on the field in the row of the entry you want to edit. When you edit an existing user's entry, the title on the toolbar changes from Browse/Edit to Edit. Any changes you make to an existing user's entry will not go into effect until you return to Browse/Edit mode. To return to Browse/Edit mode, click the Save button on the toolbar.
Before you can add a user to the Users table, you need to add at least one rate class on the Rate Setup tab and one group on the Group Setup tab.
You can use the scroll bar to view the other users on this table.
You can resize the User Setup tab.
