Fax Everywhere Fax Client: View Fax Tab

The View Fax tab appears in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

Fax Everywhere Fax Client displays this tab before it sends your fax. For information on sending a fax via Fax Everywhere Fax Client, see: How to Send a Fax using Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

The View Fax tab displays a preview of your fax. The View Fax tab contains the following buttons on its toolbar:

• Previous Fax Page: if your fax contains more than one page, and you are not viewing the first page, click this button to view the previous page in your fax.
  
  
• Next Fax Page: if your fax contains more than one page, and you are not viewing the last page, click this button to view the next page in your fax.
  
  
• Goto Fax Page: if your fax contains more than one page, click this button to tell Fax Everywhere Fax Client which page you want to view. When you click this button, Fax Everywhere Fax Client will display a blank field to the right of this button. Type the page number you want to view in this field, and press Enter.
  
  
• Zoom Page to Fit Window Width: you can click this button and Fax Everywhere Fax Client will automatically resize the page you are viewing to fix into the current width of the View Fax tab.
  
  
• Zoom In: you can click this button to zoom into the page you are viewing in the View Fax tab. You can click this button more than once to continue zooming into the page.
  
  
• Zoom Out: you can click this button to zoom out of the page you are viewing in the View Fax tab. You can click this button more than once to continue zooming out of the page.
  
  
• Lighten / Darken Fax: you can click this button to lighten or darken the fax in the View Fax tab. Each time you click this button, Fax Everywhere Fax Client will darken the fax. You can click this button up to three times to make your fax dark, darker, and darkest. You can click this button a fourth time to return the fax to its original shade. • Next: you can click this button to move to the Addressing tab.
