Fax Everywhere Reference Guide

for Version 1.00

Fax History Tab: File Name

The File Name column appears on the Fax History tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

The File Name field contains the name of the file Fax Everywhere e-mailed to a user. If you checked the Archive check box on the User Setup tab, Fax Everywhere stored the fax in the ARCHIVE directory.

Note: Fax Everywhere temporarily stores the faxes you send in the OUTBOUND directory. When Fax Everywhere finishes sending the fax, it moves the fax from the OUTBOUND directory to the ARCHIVE directory. If you do not check the Archive check box, Fax Everywhere will not store the fax in the ARCHIVE directory and the File Name field is blank.

If Fax Everywhere receives a fax that you marked as Spam, it will assign the fax a file name and store it in the DEADFAX directory.
