Fax History Tab: How to Group by Columns

The Drag a column header here to group by that column row appears on the top of the Fax History tab.

If you drag a column heading, for example, User Name to the Drag a column header here to group by that column row, Fax Everywhere will group all of the faxes on the Fax History tab by User Name.

Note: if there are a large number of faxes on the Fax History tab, it may take Fax Everywhere several minutes to group faxes. Fax Everywhere displays the hourglass while it is grouping faxes.

In the above example, the User Name column heading is in the Drag a column header here to group by that column row. Fax Everywhere grouped the faxes in the Fax History tab by User Name.

Each user name entry has a plus or minus sign (+ -) button. If you click the plus sign button, Fax Everywhere will display all of the faxes in the Fax History tab for that user. If you click the minus sign button, Fax Everywhere will hide all of the faxes for that user. Total Faxes lists the number of faxes for each user.

When you finish viewing the faxes you grouped, click on the column heading and drag it back to one of the rows with the other column headings.
