Server Status Tab: Message

The Message pane appears on the Server Status tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

The Message pane displays a real time report of the status of Fax Everywhere. Fax Everywhere displays the following message types in this pane:

• Information Message
  
  
• Confirmation Message
  
  
• Warning Message
  
  
• Error Message

The messages in the Message pane tell you when Fax Everywhere is checking for incoming faxes, sending outgoing faxes, and receiving faxes for the users on the User Setup tab.

If Fax Everywhere experiences any errors, for example, if it is unable to print or send a fax to a user, it will display an error message in the Message pane.

Fax Everywhere stores 400 messages at a time in the Message pane. When it reaches 400 messages, Fax Everywhere deletes the oldest messages first.

You can use the scroll bar to the right of the Message pane to scroll through the messages Fax Everywhere displays. You can also view the FAXELOG.TXT file to see the messages on the Message pane.

Note: if you do not see the scroll bar on the Message pane, you need to check the Track Last Log Message check box.
