Setup Tab: Auto Download Faxes | Delete After Download

The Auto Download Faxes | Delete After Download check box appears in the Inbound Fax Functions group on the Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

The Delete After Download check box works with the Auto Download Faxes check box. If you check the Auto Download Faxes check box, Fax Everywhere will automatically download the faxes you receive to the directory in the Download PDF Files to Directory field. If you check the Delete After Download check box, Fax Everywhere will delete the e-mail messages containing your faxes after it downloads them.

You can view the faxes Fax Everywhere downloads in the directory in the Download PDF Files to Directory field and on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

The Delete After Download check box is unselectable until you check the Auto Download Faxes check box.
