User Setup Tab: Print

The Print column appears on the Users table on the Tables Setup | User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

If you click the down arrow button in the Print field, Fax Everywhere displays a drop-down window with the following items:

• No Print: Fax Everywhere will not print a copy of the fax(es) it e-mails to you. When you Add an entry to the Users table, by default, Fax Everywhere selects No Print.
  
  
• Print: if you select Print, Fax Everywhere will print a copy of the fax(es) it e-mails to you. Fax Everywhere prints your fax(es) to the printer you specified in the Printer drop-down list.
  
  
• Print 4-up: if you select Print 4-up, Fax Everywhere will print a copy of the fax(es) it e-mails to you. Using Print 4-up, Fax Everywhere will print four fax pages onto a single page. This means each page is one-quarter of its original size. Fax Everywhere prints your fax(es) to the printer you specified in the Printer drop-down list.

You can click the column heading to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending.
