Addressing Tab: Keep

The Keep check box appears in the Fax Everywhere Fax to Web Publishing Options group on the Addressing tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

If you check the Keep check box, Fax Everywhere automatically archives the fax you are sending. This means you can access the fax you are sending from:

• the ARCHIVE directory in the Fax Everywhere executable directory.
  
  
• the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.
  
  
• the Fax History tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

After Fax Everywhere archives the fax, it places a check mark in the Keep check box on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface. Fax Everywhere will not delete your fax until you uncheck the Keep check box.
