Addressing Tab: Send Cover Page

The Send Cover Page check box appears in the Settings for this Fax group on the Addressing tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

If you check the Send Cover Page check box, Fax Everywhere will include a cover page with the faxes you send to a fax number. Fax Everywhere will include the text you enter in the Subject and Comments fields on the cover page it sends.

Fax Everywhere uses the cover page from the Cover Page Image field on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface. If you want to select a different cover page, you can do so from the Cover Page Image field on the Setup tab in Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

Note: Fax Everywhere does not include a cover page with the faxes you send via e-mail. However, if you are sending a fax via e-mail, the text you enter in the Subject and/or Comments fields appears in the body of the e-mail message.
