Setup Tab: Auto Darken Sent Faxes

The Auto Darken Sent Faxes drop-down list appears in the Preferences group on the Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

The Auto Darken Sent Faxes drop-down list contains the following:

• None
  
  
• Dark
  
  
• Darker
  
  
• Darkest

If the faxes you send from Fax Everywhere Fax Client are too light, you can select one of the above choices from the Auto Darken Sent Faxes drop-down list to darken your faxes. Fax Everywhere applies the selection you make in this drop-down list to all of the faxes you send from Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

If you darken your faxes, it makes some thin fonts and lines bolder. It may also make photos and other images too dark.

Before you make a selection from this drop-down list, you can preview the fax you are sending in the View Fax tab. In addition, you can click the Lighten / Darken button on the View Fax tab to lighten or darken your fax.
