The Auto Print Download Letter Size Faxes to drop-down list appears in the Inbound Fax Functions group on the Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

If you check the Auto Download Faxes check box, Fax Everywhere will automatically print the letter size faxes it downloads to the printer in this field.

Fax Everywhere opens Adobe Acrobat Reader to view then print your faxes. Since Adobe Acrobat Reader controls the printing process, you need to create a printer alias for it to use. You can create a printer alias using the Add Printer Wizard from the Windows Printers folder. You should create a printer alias to print both the letter size and legal size faxes you receive. You can select letter size paper in this printer alias. To create a legal size printer alias, see: Auto Print Downloaded Legal Size Faxes to.

To select a printer, click the Auto Print Downloaded Letter Size Faxes to field. Next, click the arrow button. From the drop-down list, select the printer you want Fax Everywhere to use. If you do not want to print your faxes, select No Print from the drop-down list.

Fax Everywhere opens Adobe Acrobat Reader to view then print your faxes. If you have more than one version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, Fax Everywhere may be unable to automatically print your faxes.

Note: if Adobe Acrobat Reader has trouble printing, you may want to leave Adobe Acrobat Reader open at all times. You can minimize Adobe Acrobat Reader.
