Setup Tab: Download PDF Files to Directory

The Download PDF Files to Directory field appears in the Inbound Fax Functions group on the Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client.

If you check the Auto Download Faxes check box, Fax Everywhere will download the .PDF files from your faxes to the directory in this field.

Fax Everywhere decides to download and save a .PDF file based on whether or not the file already exists in the directory in this field. If you do not have a check in the Delete After Download check box, and you delete or move .PDF files from this directory, Fax Everywhere will re-download the same .PDF files. Providing that the e-mail messages that contain the .PDF files still exist on your e-mail server.

By default, Fax Everywhere downloads the .PDF files to the My Documents directory. If you want to select another directory, click the Download PDF Files to Directory field. Next, click the [...] button. You can select another directory from the Select a Folder window.
