Fax Everywhere Control Panel: Group Setup Tab

The Group Setup tab appears on the Tables Setup tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel. This tab contains the Groups table. The Groups table lists the account number, name, address, contact name, phone number, and other information about a particular group.

If you use Fax Everywhere to route faxes to different companies or different departments within a company, you can use the Group Setup tab to separate users within certain groups.

After you set up a group, you can assign users to that Group and assign one or more Group Administrators. Users within the same group can view faxes that another group member publishes. A Group Administrator can view all of the faxes sent to users within their group.

To add a user to the Groups table, click the Add button on the toolbar.

To edit an existing entry, click on the field in the row of the entry you want to edit. When you edit an existing entry, the title on the toolbar changes from Browse/Edit to Edit. Any changes you make to an existing entry will not go into effect until you return to Browse/Edit mode. To return to Browse/Edit mode, click the Save button on the toolbar.

Before you can add a user to the Users table, you need to add at least one rate class on the Rate Setup tab and one group on the Group Setup tab.

You can use the scroll bar to view the other groups on the table. You can resize the Group Setup tab.
