Fax Everywhere Control Panel Overview

The Fax Everywhere Control Panel window contains five tabbed windows. These tabbed windows are:

• Servers
  
  
• Server Status
  
  
• Server Setup
  
  
• Tables Setup
  
  
• History

If you are the Fax Everywhere Administrator, you will need to use the Fax Everywhere Control Panel to add users, check on the status of Fax Everywhere, set up charges for faxes, and add or remove fax modem devices. If you are a Fax Everywhere user, you can use the Fax Everywhere Web Interface to send and receive faxes.

You can open the Fax Everywhere Control Panel by clicking on the FAXEFP.EXE file located in the Fax Everywhere executable directory.

You can use the Fax Everywhere Control Panel to manage multiple independent instances of Fax Everywhere running on different servers.

Note: more than one user can access the Fax Everywhere Control Panel at a time. However, if more than one person simultaneously makes changes to the same fields on the Server Setup tab, you may overwrite the each others changes.
