If you add or edit an account code, Fax Everywhere will update the Billing Account Code column, the Acct. Code field, and the Account Code field with the new account code. However, any changes you make to the above fields does not affect the value of the Default Account Code field on the User Setup window. This means if you add or edit an account code on a fax your previously sent or received, and you did not change your Default Account Code, Fax Everywhere will continue to use the Default Account Code on future faxes you send or receive. You can create more than one account code for each user.
