Fax History Tab: Delete

The Delete column appears on the Fax History tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

If you check the Delete check box, Fax Everywhere will remove the fax from the Fax History tab, the Fax Archive window, and the ARCHIVE directory. Fax Everywhere removes fax(es) with a check in this check box once a day, usually around midnight.

When Fax Everywhere removes the fax(es) with a check in the Delete check box, the Server Status tab displays this message: XI 4028 - Delete Fax (filename).

You can also delete a fax in one of the following ways:

• you can use the delete Reply to E-mail Command.
  
  
• you can also use the Delete check box on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

Once Fax Everywhere removes a fax, you cannot restore it.
