Fax History Tab: User Name

The User Name column list appears on the Fax History tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

The User Name column contains the name of the user Fax Everywhere e-mailed a fax to. This column contains the user's name as it appears on the User Setup tab.

If someone accidentally sends a fax to the wrong number, you can use this field to reassign the fax to the correct user. To reassign a fax, click on the User Name field. Next, click the arrow button to open a drop-down list. Select another user from the drop-down list. After you select a name, check the Resend check box and Fax Everywhere will e-mail the fax.

Note: the drop-down list contains the list of users from the User Setup tab.
