Fax History Tab: Viewing Fax

The Viewing Fax window appears when you click the Magnifying Glass button the Fax History tab on the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

When you click the Magnifying Glass button next to fax, Fax Everywhere displays the fax in the Viewing Fax window.

The vertical toolbar on the Viewing Fax window contains the following buttons:

  • Previous FAX Page: if your fax contains more than one page, and you are not viewing the first page, click this button to view the previous page in your fax.

  • Next FAX Page: if your fax contains more than one page, and you are not viewing the last page, click this button to view the next page in your fax.

  • Goto FAX Page: if your fax contains more than one page, click this button to tell the Viewing Fax window which page you want to view. When you click this button, the Viewing Fax window will display a blank field at the bottom of the window. Type the page number you want to view in this field, and press Enter.

  • Zoom Page to Fit Window Width: you can click this button and the Viewing Fax window will automatically resize the page you are viewing to fix into the current width of the Viewing Fax window.

  • Zoom In: you can click this button to zoom into the page you are viewing in the Viewing Fax window. You can click this button more than once to continue zooming into the page.

  • Zoom Out: you can click this button to zoom out of the page you are viewing in the Viewing Fax window. You can click this button more than once to continue zooming out of the page.

  • Rotate FAX Image Right 90 Degrees: you can click this button to rotate the page you are viewing 90 degrees to the right.

  • Rotate FAX Image Left 90 Degrees: you can click this button to rotate the page you are viewing 90 degrees to the left.

  • Flip All FAX Pages 180 Degrees: you can click this button to flip all of the pages in the fax you are viewing 180 degrees. This is helpful if you receive an upside down fax.

  • Copy FAX Page to Clipboard: you can click this button to copy the page you are currently viewing to the Windows clipboard.

  • Print FAX: you can click this button to print your fax. If you click this button, the Viewing Fax window will display a Print window. The Viewing Fax window will print to the Windows default printer. You can click the Setup button on the Print window to select another printer.

  • Save FAX Page to Image File: you can click this button to save the page you are currently viewing as a .BMP file.

  • Close: you can click this button to close the Viewing Fax window .

You can resize the Viewing Fax window.
