Rate Setup Tab: Auto Debit Limit

The Auto Debit Limit column appears on the Rates table on the Tables Setup | Rate Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

You can use the Auto Debit Limit field to enter a dollar amount for each rate class. The amount you enter in this field tells Fax Everywhere or MFM to bill the group's credit card when cumulative charges for the month exceed this amount.

You do not need to enter a dollar sign in this field. However, Fax Everywhere will automatically add a dollar sign for you. In addition, you can enter a number in this field and Fax Everywhere will automatically insert .00 after the number when you move to another field or when you click Save.
