Server Settings Tab: Default Printer

The Default Printer drop-down list appears on the Server Setup | Server Settings tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

The Default Printer drop-down list contains a list of printers on the server where you installed Fax Everywhere. If this drop-down list is empty, see: XW-4204 Fax (filename) not Printed, No Default Printer Available for information on how to get Fax Everywhere access to the printers on the server.

By default, Fax Everywhere will use the Windows default printer. If you select another printer from this list, you need to Stop and Start the Fax Everywhere Control Panel before your changes will go into effect.

You can also access this list of printers in the Printer Name column on the User Setup tab. On the User Setup tab, you can set up users to print to different printers on the server. You can also select No Print from the Print column on the User Setup tab.
