Fax Everywhere Control Panel and Service Panel Reference Guide

for Version 1.00

Server Status Tab: Active Spam Profiles

The Active Spam Profiles field appears on the Server Status tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

The Active Spam Profiles field lists the number of profiles that you or other Fax Everywhere users registered as spam.

If several Fax Everywhere users receive the same fax and they each mark the fax as spam, Fax Everywhere counts this as one profile.

You can register a fax as spam in one of three ways:

  • you can use the spam Reply to E-mail Command.

  • you can check the Spam check box on the Fax History tab.

  • you can click the Mark as Spam button on the View Fax window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

  • you can click the Mark as Spam button on the View
    Thumbnails
window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

Fax Everywhere will remove a spam profile after 14 days since the last reception of the offending fax.
