Server Status Tab: Printer Status

The Printer Status field appears on the Server Status tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

This field displays the name of the last printer Fax Everywhere used.

By default, Fax Everywhere does not print faxes. However, if the following conditions are true:

• on a user's entry in the User Setup tab, you select Print or Print 4-up from the Print drop-down list.
  
  
• you specify a printer in the Printer Name field on the User Setup tab.

Fax Everywhere will print the user's fax(es).

If you Stop and Start Fax Everywhere, it resets the value in this field.
