Fax Everywhere Control Panel and Service Panel Reference Guidefor Version 1.00Toll Control Tab: Digits to AppendThe Digits to Append column appears on the Toll Control table on the Tables Setup | Toll Control tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel. The number(s) you enter in this field tell Fax Everywhere what digits to append to the end of the fax number you are sending a fax to. You may want to use this field if your phone system requires users to enter an access code when they make long distance calls. If your phone system does require an access code, you can use this field in one of two ways:
Note: you can use one or more commas before the access code to add a pause before Fax Everywhere enters the access code. One comma is equal to a single pause. The modem hardware determines the length of time in each pause. Fax Everywhere determines the need to use the digits in this field after it matches the fax number you entered with an entry in the Digits field. By default, Fax Everywhere leaves this field blank. You can click the column heading to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending.
