User Setup Tab: Grp. View

The Grp. View column appears on the Users table on the Tables Setup | User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

If you check the Grp. View check box, a user can view faxes that belong to other users in his or her Group. Users in the same group can only view faxes that the recipient published. For information on how to publish a fax, see: Publish.

Note: the Group Administrator can view faxes for all of the users in a group, even if the Publish check box does not have a check.

You can click the column heading to toggle the sort order between ascending or descending.
