Billing Summary Window: Charges

The Charges column appears on the Billing Summary window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

The Charges column list the total cost of the faxes in each account code in the Billing Account Code column. You can use the Billing Detail window to get the specific charges for each fax in each account code.

The Totals row displays the total cost to send and/or receive the faxes in all of the account codes in the Billing Account Code column. The Totals row displays the cost for the month and year in the Show Summary for the Month of drop-down list.

Note: Fax Everywhere calculates the cost of the faxes you send and receive by using the information in the Rate Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
