Fax Archive Window: Expires

The Expires column appears on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

The Expires field lists the date Fax Everywhere will delete a fax from the Fax Archive window, Fax History tab, and the ARCHIVE directory.

If you check the Keep check box, Fax Everywhere will not delete the fax. In addition, N/A will appear in the Expires field for any fax with a check in the Keep check box. Once Fax Everywhere deletes a fax, you cannot restore it.

Note: Fax Everywhere uses the value in the Archive Faxes spin control on the Server Settings tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel to calculate the date in the Expires field. The default value in the Archive Faxes spin control is three months.
