Fax Archive Window: PDF

The PDF column appears on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

You can click the PDF button in this field to view your fax as a .PDF file. When you click the PDF button, Fax Everywhere displays the File Download window. From this window you have the following two choices:

• Open this file from its current location: if you select this radio button, Fax Everywhere will display the fax (from the Fax Everywhere server) as a .PDF file in your local copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  
  
• Save this file to Disk: if you select this radio button, you can download the fax (as a .PDF file) to your computer. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the .PDF file.

You can also download or view .PDF files by clicking the Download .PDF button on either the View Fax or View Thumbnails windows.
