Fax Everywhere Web Interface Reference Guide

Fax Everywhere Web Interface: View Fax
The View Fax window appears when you do one of the following:
- click the date and time hyperlink in the Time Stamp column on the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.
- click the View Fax button on the Fax Everywhere Login window.
Note: if you checked the Send URL to Fax check box on the User Setup window, Fax Everywhere will e-mail you a URL to your fax. If you click on the URL, Fax Everywhere displays the Fax Everywhere Login window. On the Fax Everywhere Login window, type your Passcode and click the View Fax button. After you click the View Fax button, Fax Everywhere displays your fax in the View Fax window.
You can use the View Fax window to view the faxes that appear on the Fax Archive window and in the e-mail message from Fax Everywhere.
Some of the fields and buttons on the View Fax window are equivalent to some of the fields and buttons on the Fax History tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
