Inbound Fax Delivery Options Group: Include Page 1 Image

The Include Page 1 Image check box appears on the Inbound Fax Delivery Options group on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If you check the Include Page 1 Image check box, Fax Everywhere displays the first page of your faxes as a .GIF file. In addition, you should also check one of the following check boxes to receive the remaining pages in your faxes:

• Send PDF File
  
  
• Send Page Images
  
  
• Send URL to Fax

If you do not check one of the above check boxes, Fax Everywhere automatically includes a .PDF file of your fax in the e-mail message it sends you.

If your e-mail program supports .GIF files, you can view the .GIF file in the Message Body. If your e-mail program does not support .GIF files, you can click on the hyperlink to view the .GIF file.

If you check the Include Page 1 Image check box and uncheck the Archive Faxes on Server check box, Fax Everywhere automatically checks the Send PDF File check box.

If you entered a password in the PDF Encryption Password field, Fax Everywhere will password protect the.PDF file(s) it e-mails to you.

Checking the Include Page 1 Image check box is equivalent to selecting PDF + Page 1 GIF from the Message Format drop-down list on the User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
