Inbound Fax Delivery Options Group: Send Page Images

The Send Page Images check box appears on the Inbound Fax Delivery Options group on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If you select the Send Page Images check box, Fax Everywhere e-mails each page of your fax to you as a .GIF file.

If your e-mail program supports .GIF files, you can view the .GIF file in the Message Body. If your e-mail program does not support .GIF files, you can click on the hyperlink to view the .GIF file. If you check the Send Page Images check box, your e-mail message may be large. This means it may take some time for your ISP to download the e-mail messages that contain your faxes.

If you only check the Send Page Images check box, Fax Everywhere requires that you also check the Archive Faxes on Server check box.

Fax Everywhere does not password protect the .GIF files it e-mails to you.

In addition to checking the Send Page Images check box, you can also check one or more of the following check boxes:

• Include Page 1 Image
  
  
• Send PDF File
  
  
• Send URL to Fax

If you check one of the above check boxes, Fax Everywhere will also include your faxes in the message format(s) you selected.

Checking the Send Page Images check box is equivalent to selecting GIF Only from the Message Format drop-down list on the User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
