Inbound Fax Delivery Options Group: Send PDF File

The Send PDF File check box appears on the Inbound Fax Delivery Options group on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If you check the Send PDF File check box, Fax Everywhere will e-mail your faxes to you as a .PDF file. You can click on the hyperlink to the .PDF file to open Adobe Acrobat Reader and view the .PDF file. If you entered a password in the PDF Encryption Password field, Fax Everywhere will password protect the.PDF file(s) it e-mails to you.

If you check the Send PDF File check box and uncheck the Archive Faxes check box, Fax Everywhere automatically checks the Include Page 1 Image check box. This means if you check the Send PDF File check box, you also need to check the Archive Faxes check box.

In addition to checking the Send PDF File check box, you can also check one or more of the following check boxes:

• Include Page 1 Image
  
  
• Send Page Images
  
  
• Send URL to Fax

Fax Everywhere will e-mail your fax to you in each message format you select.

Checking the Send PDF File check box is equivalent to selecting PDF Only from the Message Format drop-down list on the User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
