Outbound Fax Cover Page Group: Cover Page Image

The Cover Page Image field appears on the Outbound Fax Cover Page group on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

Fax Everywhere includes a cover page on faxes you send to a fax number. The hyperlinks in this field display what cover page Fax Everywhere will include with your fax.

The Cover Page Image field will contain one of the following hyperlinks:

• View Stock Cover Page: if you have not selected a cover page image, Fax Everywhere displays the stock cover page. You can click the hyperlink to view the stock cover page.
  
  
• View User Cover Page: if you selected a cover page from the Cover Page Image field in the Fax Everywhere Fax Client, Fax Everywhere will display the View User Cover Page hyperlink. You can click on this hyperlink to view the cover page.
  
  
• View Group Cover Page: no help is available for this topic yet. See: how to get more help.

You cannot edit the cover page in the View Cover Page window.

Fax Everywhere automatically includes the Date, Number of Pages, To, From, and Comments fields on the fax cover page it sends.

Note: if you are sending a fax via e-mail or if you checked the Omit Cover Page check box in the Send Fax Options group on the Send Fax window, Fax Everywhere will not include a cover page with your fax.
