Overview: Fax Everywhere Features

Here are some of the features and benefits Fax Everywhere has to offer:

• No Additional Phone Lines to Install
  
  
• Send faxes to fax numbers and e-mail addresses, simultaneously
  
  
• No more Lost Faxes: you won't have to worry about losing a fax (or one of its pages) after you receive it. You can set up your e-mail program to store your incoming faxes in their own folder.
  
  
• Fax Everywhere Web Interface: users can access the Fax Everywhere Web Interface web site to send and receive faxes and manage their account.
  
  
• Automatically Download, Store, and Print your Incoming Faxes: you can set up Fax Everywhere to function just like your fax machine, with a few added benefits. First, Fax Everywhere can provide you with a local electronic receipt. Second, you can receive the fax locally and print to any printer available on your network. Thus you can receive the fax to a local number but have it saved and printed on a computer and printer at an office in another location, that would normally require long distance charges.
  
  
• Create Faxes from any Windows program: you can print to Fax Everywhere and it will convert your documents seamlessly without human intervention.
  
  
• Forward Faxes to Another E-mail Address or Fax Number
  
  
• Faxes as PDF Files: Fax Everywhere sends your faxes as .PDF files. The recipient does not need any proprietary software to view faxes.
  
  
• Confidential Faxes: you won't have to worry about someone else reading your fax from the fax machine. Fax Everywhere sends your fax directly to your e-mail address.
  
  
• Block Faxes: you can use the Block check box on the Association Setup tab in the Control Panel to block faxes from specific fax numbers and/or fax machine ID's.

• Potential Savings: you can potentially save on long distance bills. For example, if you frequently fax to your company's employees in other parts of the country, you can use Fax Everywhere to set up a local personal fax number for them. This means you can fax directly to their local fax number and Fax Everywhere will deliver their faxes to their e-mail address.
  
  
• Fax Everywhere Control Panel: you can use the Fax Everywhere Control Panel to access the service. Here are a few of the features available from the Fax Everywhere Control Panel:

  ¨ Set up Groups: you can assign users to certain groups. Users in the same group can share faxes.

  ¨ Billing: you can set up charges for users in certain groups.

  ¨ Manage the Service: you can use the Fax Everywhere Control Panel to add or remove users and make changes to the service.

• Fax Everywhere Fax Client: users can download and install Fax Everywhere Fax Client. You can use this program to fax files from your computer to any fax number or e-mail address.
