Send Fax Options Group: Keep

The Keep check box appears in the Send Fax Options group on the Send Fax window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If you check in the Keep check box, Fax Everywhere will archive the fax you are sending. This means you can access the fax you are sending from:

• the ARCHIVE directory in the Fax Everywhere executable directory.
  
  
• the Fax Archive window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.
  
  
• the Fax History tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.

In addition, if you check the Keep check box, Fax Everywhere places a check in the Keep check box on the Fax Archive window. This means Fax Everywhere will not delete your fax until you uncheck the Keep check box on the Fax Archive window.
