User Profile Group: Group Administrator

The Group Administrator field in the User Profile group appears on the User Setup window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

If the Fax Everywhere Administrator checked the Grp. Admin check box on the User Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel, this field displays Yes. This means you are the Group Administrator for your group. As the Group Administrator you can:

• view faxes for all of the users in your group, even if users did not publish their faxes.
  
  
• you can access the User List window.
  
  
• you can access the Group Billing Summary window.

If this field displays No, you are not the Group Administrator. For more information about groups, see: the Group Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel.
