View Fax Window: Fax Document Properties

The Fax Document Properties window appears when you click the Properties button on the View Fax window in the Fax Everywhere Web Interface.

You can use the fields on this window to add additional information about a fax. Fax Everywhere will store the information you add on this window with the fax. You can use the Search Fax Properties window to search for faxes that match any of the criteria you entered on this window.

Fax Everywhere will use information from the Association Setup tab in the Fax Everywhere Control Panel or the Fax Archive window to fill in some of the fields on this window. For example, Fax Everywhere will display the value from the Description field on the Fax Archive window in the Description field on this window.
